I started my challenge on April 2, 2012. I am participating in the Body by Vi 90 day challenge. During the 90 day challenge, my goal is to lose 15 lbs.
To meet this goal, I will be working out 5 days a week and using the vi shakes for 1 to 2 meals per day. I will be eating 2 snacks and a sensible meal for my regular meals.
Part of the challenge includes posting my starting stats. Because I am ready to be accountable I am going to be open with this information. My starting weight is 250.5. My starting inches are: hips: 50, chest: 47, waist: 46.
So...its been a week and I have lost 6.5 lbs! I can tell you that I have never lost that much in only one week. I can really tell a difference in my energy level and the shakes taste amazing. The shakes are also so easy and convenient that it takes the guesswork out of planning meals.
In the past when I have tried to lose weight, my downfall was always the nutrition side. Now that I have found a way to eat healthy, enjoy what I am eating, and easily fit it into my life, I am more than excited to see what I can accomplish with this program.
I will be posting at least once a week to update my weekly results. I will be measuring after each month.
My goal for next week is to be in the 230's. That puts my weight loss goal at 5 lbs.
